That would be the introduction of Shipwreck, one of my favorite characters from the cartoon (That was where he first appeared, in 1984's "Revenge of Cobra" mini-series, and then Hasbro released him as an action figure in 1985). Here we see his first appearance, and he seems awfully grumpy, seemingly annoyed at having to work with "landlubbers." He's aboard a ship that is transporting the Transportable Tactical...
