At the full council meeting 2 days after the U-turn on 0-2 childcare, a bill was rushed through allowing our local authority to remove the Freedom ‘honour’ it had bestowed on disgraced man about town Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Regular readers of this blog will recall back in March this year the council was claiming it couldn’t remove Mountbatten-Windsor’s freedom.
