Back in August, SourceHut wrote about their terms of service regarding LLMs. I was behind on my RSS-reading, so I didn’t learn until last week that this was the new stance. The new terms of service, which take effect on September 10th, prohibit original content written with, or which facilitates the use of, LLMs. Using them privately to review your work or ask questions is discouraged, but allowed.
